      I would like to let you know how much I appreciate Mr. Hee's assistance with my tax issues. I believe he should be applauded for his qualities. He has been able to calm me down when I have been stressed beyond imagination. He has been able to talk to me and make me feel at ease during all of our conversations. Every time I call him, he is very informed and informative of all that is going on with my situation. Even when I am wound up tighter than a drum Mr. Hee remains VERY calm, never raises his voice, listens to my questions and comments and, manages to put me back to being calm and confident of Optima Tax's ability to help me thru my tax issues. I truly believe Mr. Hee should be commended for his commitment to his job and his client's.
